Dear sir/madam
My name is Aklank Jain and i am Vodafone postpaid customer of your company since last 3-4 year. My mobile No is 7790909848. From last 3 month i facing bill amount issue. On my no some services activated that not my side. These services activated by your company. When I contact your customer care no then they said ” sir you have to pay only your monthly bill amount 630 rupee and rest of amount of unrelevent service amount will refunded”. Then i was pay my monthly bill amount but your company was closed my SIM. Than i was contact your customer executive thay said you have to pay all amount of bill. I am valuable customer of your company. Why I pay amount of Unrelevent service. SO please reduse my bill of unrelevent amount and start my SIM.
