I am using my mobile no. 8904059890 since 2013 after completing this many years Airtel people disconnected my services. They done some thing, when entering my number in there data base not getting any details. I have went to Airtel stores there are telling to Karnataka because I had taken this SIM initially in karnataka circle. Not sure now all states not having roming free for fixing this things I need to go for others state. They have not linked data properly in data base. Due to that I am facing issue. Very wrost expirence I am facing with Airtel. There are giving advancement that no more issues are question to Airtel. I have recharged recently for 3 months my SIM got deactivated 7 days back. Still I am roming to Airtel stores with Aadhar card no use. If this situation going to continue will be porting all my family Airtel numbers to some other operators.
Sent email to 121@in.airtel and nodalofficer.kk@ in.airtel.com two days back but no reply or any fix for this issue. I had linked this number to banks and gas connection. I never expected this kind of bad things like this companies.
