Sir, Since year 2012, I am using tata DoCoMo no. 8274885352. This mobile no. is linked with my aadhar no., Service documents and also with one bank account. Since last few months or so, i do not get any network in aforesaid no. most of the time. Therefore facing a lot of difficulties everyday. Since it has been come to know that tata docomo already mingled with airtel, I therefore went to kankir achhi (kolkata) airtel customer service centre today but they could not help me with any solution. It is therefore requested to do the needful to restore connection to my mobile no 8274885352. My alternative no. is 7044747182 and mail id is chandanup00@gmail.com. Thanks sir in anticipation,.
