Text of Complaint by NITIN GUPTA:

Dear Sir

This is a shameful matter for Airtel that their old customers are bound to port their connections to other network providers due to following reasons .
1.Not providing bills on time, we contact to Mr Ajit  contact no 9910879757 on 03.01.2019 and request for providing the bills of our corporate but till date we  not received any bill or mail.
2.Misbehaving by the staff for complaining  Mr Dhiraj Contact no 9810899194 misbehaving with our staff for loading the complaint
3. Not giving the feedback on complaint we lodge a complaint on 03.01.2019 and after several reminder till date we have not received any feedback .
Now we are bound to port our corporate connections to other network provider
