Since July 2, my phone hasn’t been working. I can’t make calls and receive calls. SMS is working. It works outside home in the same suburb and close suburbs but not at home.
I have made numerous calls to customer care centre but they have kept saying the same things. They just make me do this and do that to my phone when I have told them it works outside home many times. Today is 11th day since the problem started. The amount of stress is getting bigger everyday and it’s really annoying.
