I had ordered VIVO Y33S on 7th Oct from Amazon App and got intact box in 10th Oct. When I opened the box and found mobile missing from it except all accessories. Immediately I raised complaint thru customer care and social media team and now they are denying to refund and replacment after saying that they delivered intact box.
