I am facing from to access the internet from last 12 hours at my present address Vinayak Nagar Muthi Jammu having pin code -181205 as I have tried to contact Vodafone’s customer care but I didn’t get any proper response from their end.Whenever I was trying to open my mobile data no sign available of 2g/3G/4g . All my friends having Vodafone connection are still using the data but I am unable to access that as I have to attend my online college lectures on video calling but the services of Vodafone are totally worst. It’s my heartly request to you sir please help me to solve my issue as soon as possible.
