My Name is Preeti Bajpai from Gomti Nagar Lucknow, i purchased my new Phone of Rs. 19200/- from Shri Ram Tower “Ganpati Store” on November 13th, 2022. I also wanted to take an insurance plan for my new phone, but the insurance company (Ganpati Store Hazratganj Lucknow) told me that you can take an insurance plan within 20days, so I returned home because it was 9:30pm. I also went to a local insurance Shop Ganpati Store of (onsite go) in hazratganj lko, where one advisor Ms. Anupama Pandey told me that I can purchase my insurance plan within this month (November) so I paid 3,500/- for a 2 years mobile protection plan on November 30th, 2022. The insurance details are given below:

After 10 Days crossed my new Phone fallen into the water it had totally water damaged i raised a complaint in (onsite go) for my mobile insurance claim the company advisor send his engineer for pickup my device, After 3 days I received a call from (onsite go) and got informed by them that the purchase of phone date and insurance date are both different so that we cannot give your mobile claim. I told the executive insurance company advisor that you can purchase insurance within 20 days from the new mobile purchase date. The (onsite go) company is a total fraud company and Ms. Anupama Pandey is also a fraud woman. She told me her name is Shreya Pandey and gave wrong information about purchase insurance. I also communicated with Mr. Vivek on Phone call he is area Manager of Onsitego company, but he answered my phone call only 1 time and did not pick up my call and he is not ready to talk or hear any type of words also Anupama Pandey did not pic my call and answer my msgs regarding for my mobile claim, but they have not given any information and did not pick up my phone call. Please investigate this matter because it has taken 5 months and action against (onsite go) the insurance company. (Onsite go) Anupama Pandey from Ganesh Store in Lucknow (onsite go) – 7275048244
