I have ordered a mobile Oppo f15 (Order #408-3826377-6821930) from amazon but unfortunately only an empty box of mobile phone was delivered to me.

I have logged a complaint to customer care & after letting me wait for 6days as per amazon complain policy. Now Investigation team is informing me that they will neither give me mobile nor give me refund.

This is the fraud done by Amazon.  I request you kindly look into it & get my mobile delivered or give my money back and make me out of this kind of harassment.
