Dear Paytm Support team,

What’s wrong with you guys?? I havr ordered a Samsung mobile phone by exchanging my existing Redmi 3S mobile. Exchange pickup has been done by the #SHADOWFOX team by Mr. Mahesh babu on 19th but not updated the status and because of that i didn’t received my exchange cashback. After 2days #Shadowfox team updated the status as QC failed. If really it is a QC failed then It shouldn’t pick-up by the agent. Agent pickued-up the mobile and after 2days he is updating the status like QC failed how can i trust this may be he has replaced the parts in my mobile phone. #PAYTM& #SHADOWFOX Teams, Is this the new way to cheat the customers with the exchange offer???? I really fedup with you and right away i will uninstall the #Paytm in my mobile and in my family members mobile. And even you guyz are not responding when i call to your customer care number. I waited around 10mins no one pickuped my call.. Is that the trust you guys will maintain?????
