I ordered a mobile in Flipkart and received sep 17 . But it has some defects . Later i requested refund . But it has only replacement policy . After i requested return request . Flipkart accepted my requested . Yesterday customer care called and . But i am at work and the customer care executive cancelled my order. I am with my defective product . I don’t want replacement . I just want my money back (refund) . I don’t want defective product
