hi I was traveling to USA with international roaming package . I switched off my mobile data and was only using wi fi services on my phone. I was charged rs17000 for four days and my services were deactivated on the fifth day . Complained several times but they say that I have to pay this amount . There was no message on my phone which could warm me that I am using excessive data . I only got to know when my services were barred and I checked my Vodafone app and I was shocked to see the unbilled amount on my phone . It’s been a month I am following up with them .
