Hi.
I have enclosed the bills of payment (20th December 2019, 15th January 2020) for the month of December 2019 and January 2020.
Kindly note that the amount was already paid, but my connection has been barred for the past 1 week.
I have spoken to the customer care and the portal too, but they still claim that the payment hasn’t been received by them.
Requesting you to consider and take necessary action.
