Dear Sir,
An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in. on facebook and I purchased 2 phones each one Rs.2999 and got an online order no’s.1)PDS8566 Note 7 Pro (Space Black, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) × 1 June-03-2020 01:30:08 PM payment id – 325856170 and another one is redmi note 7 pro (64GB/ 6 GB RAM) same date on June-03-2020 11:03:11 AM. Payment id :325798632 Payment of Rs 2999 was made through card payment which got credited in the name of Anki t Jain. Then they shows (Thank you for shopping with us! Your transaction with Ankit Jain was successful).
I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response
Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
