Dear Sir,
I have inform to you that mobile purchase infinix company 12i 2/01/2024 order date and delivery date 5january 2024 . Just open the box with just chargers check but then after not working the charges, just recently cantact to customer care but suggested to infinix company service centre while 7 day replacement warranty period activation.
Many call to customer care but one reply same ,
Sir
Everyday contact to customer care but reply the according to policy not replace ment , and you visit to service centre.
If mobile purchase 7day after expiry
But under the 7 day .
So sir requested to you that my charger amount return
But this is items last purchase but next item not purchased your Flipkart company. My NAME TULSI DAS AHIRWAR.
IN future not purchased your Flipkart side.
