Wrong charges has been charged on my mobile bill. The charge is calling spl.nmbr. I cnfmd to the cust.care exec that no calls has been done to spl.nmbr & also cnfmd no nmbr is found in call list too. But the VI bllg dpt refuse to accept my plead & refused to revrse the chgs. Am following up rigorously with the team bt no respnse & no rvsl recd yet. Due to which unable to clear the bill pymt. This is nt fr the 1st time that incorrect billing is done. Same issue was found in my Dad’s mble bill too where internet chgs was chgd. Whereas Dad is using an old device in which Net cannt be accessed even though chgs has been chgd. Hence request u to look into this & provide a resolution
