Hi this is Renu Malhotra my no is 9820316782 which is used by my father who is 75yrs lad and had a paralytic stroke. His bill is generally 200-250 Rs a month. This time his bill was 435/-. I called Vodafone to check why. They told me that the monthly rental is 249/- I was surprised I told them it was 99/- they conviently informed me that plan is closed so they automatically upgraded to 249/- plan without informing me. Also they told me that there is an international call made worth 120/- which is totally false as I do not have any relative abroad. This happened 2yrs back also that they do this fraud and my father had to visit the store again & again. It’s a serious fraud they are committing again & again and it has led to mental torture. Action should be taken asap as they commit fraud with the customer
