Respected Sir,
i had received my mobile #9869025736 bill dated 28/04/2020 and had found a charge of Rs.156/- towards “VAS”. I have since clarified my stand in my correspondence(s) with customercare@vodafoneidea.com to 1) Mr.Raunak Charde 2)Mr.Tohit Sharma 3) Rajnandini Lohar and latest 4)Dipali Shrawane.
I once again reiterate and assert here that i have never downloaded in the past or intend to download any callertune. I have been, DURING THE LOCKDOWN, receiving many such NOTIFICATIONS from VODAPHONE. All along MY RESPONSE has ALWAYS BEEN TO DEACTIVATE. I notice that these NOTIFICATIONS are being THRUST DOWN OUR THROAT for no rhyme or reason. Once a SUBSCRIBER has REPONDED with a “DEACTIVATION” to the FIRST NOTIFICATION of this kind, it is the RESPONSIBILITY of VODAPHONE to REFRAIN from sending SIMILAR TYPE OF NOTIFICATION.
YOU cannot charge me for SERVICES NOT ACCEPTABLE/NOT ACCEPTED by me. KINDLY ADVISE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO ADJUST YOUR RECORDS AND REDUCE THE CHARGE OF Rs.156/-.
FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I have paid VODAPHONE Rs.146.37 towards the said bill (Payment date 13.05.2020)
