On 29/07/2023 at 5.34 PM got a call from +917340551946. It was computerized IVR call, so I believe it and followed instruction which informed me that someone is accessing my mobikwik account and if you want to block this unauthorized access press 1 then IVRS instructed to enter OTP on keypad. But later realized that they may have technology to guess OTP via keystroke. Immediately realized that 51000 were utilized through mobikwik pay zap later. immediately fraud transaction reported to Mobikwik and account freezed by mobikwik. Cyber crime incident raised on the same day still showing under investigation.Also shared with mobikwik. As usual they denied the refund stating service is already used. As i dont use zip pay later I have already disabled zip pay later option in menu but still transactions is successfully done by fraudster . This is very serious security lapses at mobikwik. Now recovery agents from mobikwik making threatening calls to me and my contact details. Mobikwik is allowing to recovery agents to access my contact list and giving mental harassment to them also. They are targeting ladies as a soft target. Very unethical and unprofessional. Please help me. And help yourself by staying away from apps like Mobikwik.

Same thing happened with me as well. I have registered a cyber crime case as well as informed the fraud alert team in Mobikwik. I has been more than a month now and they don’t have any update. Not sure they are really investigating this case.
This is a serious security issue in MobiKwik. Without the user’s consent they are not supposed to give the paylater facility. I am being threated saying that I will get a legal notice and I have to go to court to pay the amount. MobiKwik app itself is a fraud.
I was duped of Rs. 57000/-. I never knew that there is a Paylater facility and it will be turned on by default. This is really a serious concern for everyone who use MobiKwik.
