Hello I applied for zip.loan and 1 lakh loan is sanction for me but next day I exchanged my ildibile with new mobile from Flipkart.

Now it show device error I called customer care they said due to security you can’t withdraw your amount beacause mobile change.

My loan account still showing and interest deducting . Iam unable to withdraw my amount.
Also they don’t close my loan account.
Now suddenly they changed TC and say device change amount can’t withdraw.
My loan interest still going , it’s uptu q month it still showing in my wallet and same device error.
What to do now and where to complain , it also effecting my credit score
