Greetings of the day
On 06.06.2023 at 7.45 pm a fraudulent transaction happened at my mobikwik zip wallet and I immediately informed them , but after full amount of Rs 12000 taken by frauds through swiggy , they disable my account (both mobikwik and swiggy). So I cannot file a complaint to cybercell due to the shortage of evidence. After I raised a dispute on RBI mobikwik enable my account for two days. So I immediately I submit a cybercrime crime complaint , after this again mobikwik disable my account and forced me to pay the zip dues with late payment. But due to disable of my account I cannot. I mailed to swiggy also to reactivate my account, they also havenot reactivate my account. So do the needful action against these two companies sir
