My Mobikwik transaction done on 10th may 2023, 05:07 am needs to be refunded and I need refund for all the money that I have paid in late fees after the month of may. I have raised multiple service requests after one another and they have been marked as resolved without any reply. I raised my first request on 5th June 2023 after my first bill was generated. I paid the late fees along with the transaction amount that was supposed to be refunded due to mental torment that was being done by MobiKwik agents by calling me many times during the day. I paid May’s bill on 8th June hoping to get a refund. Unfortunately my service request was resolved without any reply by MobiKwik agents (ticket Id: 5394869). I am a working class citizen and I don’t have time to keep checking this app again and again. Same thing happened next month when I raised a service request after seeing that my last service request was resolved without any response from your side. After seeing the bill and receiving multiple calls from agents and explaining why I don’t want to pay this month’s bill as I was not supposed to pay my last month’s bill. But still I had to pay the bill because of multiple harassment calls. Then I raised another ticket on 12th July 2023, 12:37 pm (ticket id:6761562). I was then given generic replies by MobiKwik team regarding late fees and using zip services. Then my issue was resolved without any reply from MobiKwik team. I received a call from MobiKwik agent and I instructed him to contact me through calls as I cannot check app notifications, and he agreed. I then checked the app again this month on receiving same kind of harassment calls again. I had to pay the bill again along with more than Rs.1500 late fees. My transaction which needs to be refunded has order id :17331918331. Total amount which needs to be refunded is ₹ 5961.51, which includes transaction amount of 2987 and late fees amount that I have paid. I need you to look into this and get this resolved as soon as possible.
