I have been pre approved loan of rs 1 lakhs in mobikwik app lender partner Fullerton india. In that one lakhs pre approved credit line I have taken 2 loans . One is for 60k and another for 40k so I have foreclosed both the loans on time before my emi date here there is some issue I have faced in my first loan of rs 60k that it was wrongly activated by miscommunication given by mobikwik agent who called me and informed that I am pre approved one lakhs credit line and asked me to click the withdraw button where I told him I am not interested right now and I just want to check emi details and tenure but he told for that you have to select withdrawal button hence beleiving his words i clicked withdrawal button and to my suprise my account was credited with 60k loan then same day i took a complaint by calling the customer care and told about the incidents that i asked them to share their bank account so that I will revert the amount but they took a very very long time to share the banking details of lender and then after 1 month i got the bank details of mobikwik and tranferred the amount. Now these people are simply again and again telling that i unpaid emi for 2 month’s but i already complaint about this to lender also where the lender given a wirriten mail that my loan is closed in their records but these Mobikwik people are not closing my loan .
