I did a merchant transaction of amount ₹491 to Dominos on 1st January 2022 but the transaction was failed and I was told that that amount will be credited in my bank account in 7days or before. On 3rd January 2022 I saw in my mobikwik app that the amount was successfully transacted but it wasn’t credited in my account. So its been more than 3 months I’m trying to get back my money since then but my amount wasn’t refunded and I tried calling so many times in the help line number but the mobikwik team was so ignorant they didn’t picked up my phone.
