There is a loan app called MobiKwik which i used and borrowed 8800 from them. I wasn’t able to pay on time so they have charged some penalties on the loan amount. They called and asked me to pay the amount which i used and they will remove the penalty which applied on loan amount. I paid the amount but they didn’t remove the penalties. Then the bill was generated and the amount increased and they charged some other penalties to that previous penalty amount. Now they are harassing me to pay 8,518 Rs., which I haven’t used.
