I am Writing to you with deep concern and frustration regarding the unacceptable behavior displayed by the loan company recovery agents by call or message towards me and my family and relatives. I regret to inform you that despite my genuine efforts to communicate and resolve issues related to my loan, I have been subjected to relentless harassment and undue pressure by Agents. However, the constant barrage of harassing phone calls, threatening messages, and intrusive visits to my residence by your representatives have not only exacerbated my stress but also caused undue distress to my family and relatives.
I must emphasize that such behavior is not only unprofessional but also constitutes a violation of my rights as a borrower. It is unacceptable for your company to resort to such aggressive tactics in its debt collection efforts. Moreover, contacting my family and relatives through various means in an attempt to coerce me into making payments is completely unjustifiable and deeply distressing.
