Text of Complaint by Deepak Kumar Yadav:

I returned an order to myntra on 26th may for which i had paid Rs. 1187.
The Rs.59 amount was instantly credited in my myntra account but rest of the amount that is 1128 Rs. which i paid through mobikwik wallet has not been received yet.

Myntra customer executive said they have successfully done refund at their end and provide me bank reference no. – 940963455 and ask me to share this no. with mobikwik help support.

Mobikwik customer executive told me it will take 7-10 days to reflect the refund amount, so i waited till 6th June.

After that they told me there is some issue at the back end, the amount is stuck somewhere wait for 7-8 days more.

Its really very frustrating how they are dealing my issue.They are not responding to my messages in the chat support.
