I am a new user of mobikwik.

I paid for food thru mobikwik INR 140.
I had INR 53 in my wallet and extra INR 87 took from zip payment.

Than later i checked in the mobikwik app i was amazed because bending payment showed INR 486 (with activation fee INR 399)

So i repaid INR 87 that i owe but they took that INR 87 for activation fee.(please find attached picture).

That i trired to contact them thru calling and rising ticket still no response from them.
The mobile number they provided is not connected and no use of rising ticket.
Kindly do the needful.

(As per Company T&C 99rs are ZIP wallet activation charges But insted of 99rs they have charged 399rs)
