On 16th Jan 2021 11:10 AM i have reached out MMT to get my ticket rescheduled, I got callback and i specifically told executive to reschedule it to 26th Jan and the executive said she will check and let me know in 2 hours, when the time passed and i didn’t get callback i called the airline company and got it rescheduled by paying the charges. Then in evening of 16th Jan around 3:50 PM i got call from same agent that my flight got rescheduled to 25th, they rescheduled my flight on wrong date and without any consent from my side.
Since then i am trying to reach out to customer care but not getting any response or any callback, my issue is open with MMT from past 2 days.
