Mumbai – Istanbul flight : PNR GKHEGT
I had Rs. 9600 approx in credit shell balance due to flight non-operational on account of COVID19 which suddenly changed to 0 as soon as I tried to make a booking
Credit shells issued by Indigo for flights booked through MMT which were subsequently cancelled and the credit shell balance is not visible on MMT
PNR YHVZXF – Rs. 7930
PNR LPQM4E – Rs. 11206
I am not able to utilise either of these credit shells for my bookings. There is no customer care number to reach out to and this is extremely agitating.
