On may 2021 I bought a mivi blutooth collar classic headset FROM FLIPKART WHICH WAS COVERED UNDER 1 YEAR WARRANTY. In jan 2022 IT STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS SO I CLAIMED MY WARRANTY, I MESSAGED THEM OFTEN BUT THEY ONLY REPLY WE ARE CHECKING YOUR PRODUCT. But then after almost 3 mnths in april thy responded that product is repaired and courier back but to be surprised it was a fraud move. The courier partner never delivered to my address and he updated the status to ‘delivered’. I have all the call recording everything with me where I clearly told him that I am at hospital and requested him to come on the next day but mivi and courier partner everyone are playing games against customers snd cheating together. PLEASE DO SOMETHING
