So basically i purchased this Mivi collar flash – Orange on 05 Jul 2023, and after using for less than a month one side of the earpiece stopped working. For your information, there was not any physical damage to the product. Then I contacted mivi support for warranty claim, they said their agents or whatever. They took the product and I got a n e-mail saying that, I’ll get an update after they receive my product, then after some days I got another email stating that they’ve received the product and will process it and deliver it within 7 days. Now it’s been more than 12 days, I’ve got no updates, no emails. They’re not responding, when I track my product using track I’d it’s showing under processing like bruh
