Text of Complaint by ISHAN SWARNKAR:

I purchased mivi collar classic pro in January 17,2023 with order id : OD427057486126952100 in flipkart. The product was functioning well till 27 Feb, but suddenly it got an issue of button functioning so I claimed the warranty and received my repaired product on 11 March. The product was working well but after 5 days of usage it again got the button issue. This time untill I keep pressing the on/off button, the product doesn’t work. So from 19 March, I tried again and again and still trying now for warranty claim but mivi support centre is only stalling for time, they are not processing my request at all. By calling them, they just give false hope that there will be pickup but nobody ever come for the pickup. By calling them about this, they simply say that the customer has declined the pickup. And some other time they say that the ticket is closed. Once they said that my product was there for repairment even there was no pickup of my product. By emailing them, they don’t mention anything specific, just reply that new ticket is raised and someone will come for pickup. But most of the time they reply that the ticket is closed.
