I purchased a product of mivi fort s24 soundbar and I used it for 4 month, after 4 months my mivi botton stopped working, when I claim warranty the product shipped from my address 4 July 2023. And I got a mail where mention the warranty claim process taken 10-12 working days but they did not responding of my mail. back 7 days it was showed status under testing but they mention under testing process can taken 1-2 working days but today is 7th day of under process
