Dear sir,
Pls look into this seriou mis using document.
Date – 24.08.2023
SR MOTHER 927212774
HUSBAND 927213130
BROTHER 927213901
BRANCH VISITED RAKHAULI SILVASSA -396230
I apply icici credit card add on card for my husband ,mother and brother .
After SR generated by ICICI customer care and they say all document with signature each persons adhar card copy ,Pan card copy & photo submitted in icici rakholi branch within 3 days & say its completed within 15 days after document submitted .
So I have all necessary document submitted same days in Rakholi branch .
After 15 days no one update to me so contact to customer care & c. care say branch has not updated any document so pls visit branch ,
So when I contact rakholi branch they say we have sent document anywhere and we have no any document .
Continues talking with customer care and branch then Branch manger Cancelled my SR AND WRONG INFORMATION MENTHION THAT CUSTOMER HAS NOT SUBMITTTED DOCUMENT AND CANT’T REACHABLE .
as alredy continues contacting branch and customer care for return my document (sign copy adhar card ,Pan card ,photo – Primary ,husband ,brother & mother )
So finally Branch send me a tracking number and say we have submitted your document Ahmedabad and they are destroyed document due to this Branch unable Return my document .
Note –
It’s fraud activity by ICICI Rakholi Branch Pin code 396230 and now no responce ,as why wrong updated and cancelled SR if alredy document submitted .
Why they send my document Ahmedabad instead of process from Branch if customer care say document submitted in rakholi Branch .
If Rakholi Branch send anywhere my document for process why not processed my Request.
If they can’t process my Sr request why not return my document or inform me .
What is proof that my document will not misuse or it’s safe now .
Pls make a serious matter as document misusing by Bank.
