Dear sir/ma’am
My name is sumit kumar. 2months ago I accidently done 4000 rs payment to Google Play instead of Google pay. Both logo is same and name also resembles same. Also the money is not showing on Google Play balance. I have no accounts on Google Play. I never used Google Play before.. so I requested for refund but they say contact to Google Play but it is impossible to contact Google Play customer care. Because they don’t have any customer care number. The Paytm team is genearating huge interest every months.. so please look after this matter. Please solve this matter and order them not to generate new bill untill this matter is solved ..
