Dear Sir/Madam,
As per the captioned subject i have taken new connection in the month of Feb 2021, one of your executives Mr. Bhaskar (mobile number : 6300128304) has visited my office and provided details of Tata Sky and explained the offer about Holiday package 3 days and 4 nights. Holiday voucher No. 61380421 ( verify the same in the attachment – receipt)
After explaining the offer we 3 staff working in the same office have taken the connection because of the offer available. The executive also conveyed us that he is due for promotion. Kindly do support any ways Tatasky is offering holiday packages. Which has benefited us and Hence we have done the initial payment for a new connection. I have verified the details with supervisor Vamsi ( Mobile Number : 8143072723) he even promised me that he will installation within one day but took more than 2 weeks.
After installing the new connection (Took 15 days for installation) I asked for the holiday package and had no response and did not attend the calls. I have called your customer care and informed them about the holiday package and surprisingly I got a response that no such offer is available.
Two times I have raised complaints through your customer care support but without offering proper justification the complaint has been closed.
Now, Kindly provide the holiday package details or cancel my new connection and refund the amount
