Hi my Tata sky subscriber I’d is 1360735706. Their agent activated 316rs Tamil HD pack and informed us it’s 220 rs pack and we need to pay 220 monthly.
After a month when we had to recharge we got to know he has cheated, lied and asked us to take their connection.
They charged 1800rs for their products.
Tata sky is losing brand value by cheating and selling their products.
This is absolute fraudulent service.
When I call customer care, firstly they are charging for contacting customer care.
Each team shift blame on another team. It’s almost a week no resolution provided.
They put me on hold for more than 15 mins and disconnect the call.
Again when I call and explain my problem and if I ask executive name just for safer side, he disconnected the call then and there itself.
Please take action according. IAM seriously exhausted reaching them.
Please help me to disconnect their services and refund my money.
