Hi my name is Rudra Bansal
Since January 10. 2024 1 placed an order for a item. Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 classic Order ID: [406-0397907-3097934], from Amazon .my dismay, upon receiving the order on Jan 12, I discovered that the Samsung Galaxy Watch was missing from the package. I immediately contacted Amazons customer care team to report the issue, seeking a prompt resolution.
The customer resentative as that they would investigate the matter and get back to me. I patiently bullied for 5 days (13 jan to 17 Jan)product had been marked as “delivered.” What baffles me even more is that not only was into provided with a refund return when I finally received a response but it seemed as if my complaint was met with a To my disbelief, I was informed that the missing of empathy and concern.
To provide clarity and evidence, ( if you need) I can attach a full live video showcasing the unboxing of the package, clearly illustrating the missing watch.I trust that this will aid in resolving the matter efficiently.
I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive the complete refund of Samsung smartwatch as per my initial order. Your understanding and cooperation in this regard are highly appreciated.
And till today the refund not be initiated.
