I have booked 6 a connecting or break journey tickets. 1st is (Vishakapatnam to Kharaghpur 4 & Palasa to Kharaghpur 2)
Howrah SMD SF 12864 ( PNR : 4700282718 & 4346519995) and 2nd is Kharagphur to Varanasi SHM GKP EXP 15021 (PNR : 6417824626).
But the arrival time of 1st train Kharagpur is 17:32. But the train reached Kharghpur at 22:15 so we missed our 2nd train. Because the correct time of 2nd train is 22:00. It is not our fault so can you please refund our ticket money.
You can help us and do justice as this is the most important thing.
