I represent A firm named Sri Avigna Holdings from Palani. We own 15 commenting of CUG under a corporate name and we use it for our business. Due to some issues we missed our couple of mobiles and so we requested for duplicate Sim card. I was instructed to share them the OTP which we have received in the registered mail ID for activation but due to this pandemic our website designer who was handling all the credentials passed away and hence we have changed our domain and we unformed the same to the customer relationship manager and requested for updating the current mail ID. Even after continuous follow ups and till date no response from your end and we are really struggling a lit in the business without the following missing numbers.
