Hi,
I ordered a dresses quantity as 2. But it got delivered only 1. Another quantity is missing. So I raised excchange request mentioned reason as Incomplete Product/Part of the product missing.
Delivery person called and mentioned that I need to check with customer care and make them to raise a request and mention quantity as 1 then only I will accept. So he rejected my exchange request.
I called customer care I mentioned the issue they said as per our verification records we unable to claim your request and we dont have return/exchange request and mentioned they can’t help
But here I charged the amount for both 2 quanities. I got only 1 quantity. Meesho team is not helping to refund my money for the missing product
Iam attaching the Picture of the product as its delivered only 1 and response from the Meesho team
Please look into this to resolve this issue. I want my money back or else send the missing product
