Respected Sir/Madam,
Regarding my pre-paid order ID 222132519850_1 . I Ordered 7 pieces of saree with a total amount of rupees 1572/-but inside the package there were only 3 sarees. I have informed about this to meesho customer support several times.
After repeated attempts to find a resolution I received a mail from the meesho customer support team saying ” We are sorry to inform you that based on the weight report received, we found that only one quantity has been missing we have already proceed the refund for one quantity. Hence, we will not be able to process a refund for the same.”
What should I do now ? Please help .
