My order number ORDER # 171-7613222-9298728 had three items:
- Dualshock 4 Wireless Controller for Playstation 4 – Black V2
- Sony PS4 PRO 1TB Console with Death Stranding Pasted Outside box
- EA Sports FIFA 18 (PS4)
On 3rd July 2020 the delivery guy delivered one package, it had only one item Sony PS4 PRO 1TB Console with Death Stranding Pasted Outside box
But when I saw my amazon account orders, it shows delivered for all three items.
I called the deliver guy +912067325555;7553 mobile number +91 99757 13007, he said there was only one package and told me to talk to amazon customer care. I filed a complaint to customer care, they said they will investigate and come back in 5 days. Later on contacting them they said as per their record items have been delivered and can do any refund and nothing can be done. I asked for photo proof, but they said they don’t provide any such proofs.
I lost Rs 5,500 worth of product due to Amazon delivery mishandling.
Please help me to get the products from Amazon and refund.
