I ordered a Daniel Wellington watch from Amazon for worth 9900₹/- on 14th August 2020. On 18th August 2020 i received my delivery. On opening the box i saw that the product was missing, so i quickly called amazon customer care and informed them about the issue. They raised an investigation to see what exactly happened. After multiple follow ups via email and tweets on twitter and calling customer service, today when i called them up again the agent says according to them the order was delivered in an intact position and they will not refund my money. I paid 9900₹/- for the watch that i didn’t even receive.
The customer service of Amazon is pathetic, they don’t even understand the pain of paying 9900₹ for something you did not even get. If i would have been lying about the missing product i wouldn’t have raised a formal legal complaint to get justice. On searching about the complaints against Amazon on google you will find alot of people who have been thugged by Amazon giving the exact same answer that this is not their problem.
I am here because i still trust Indian justice system and i believe i will definately get justice.
