Text of Complaint by Arpit Anand:

I ordered a product over Flipkart that was delivered to me on 4th March 2022 , The Order id :- OD124280187348508000.
Over delivery I found that the product quantity has been missing and I immediately tried to raised a complain for this , Since there was an Server Error they asked me call on 5th March and the issue lodged , I did the same had an chat with an representative and he assured me that the refund would be generated for the missing product .

The refund will take approx of 7-9 working days to get credited , I was waiting for this and again today when I called the team , they are saying that no such request has been generated and you are not eligible for the refund ,

I tried my level best to communicate and request them for resolution but there is no response from the team. , This is mentally challenging and time killing for me now.
