Order number -16713018370000162A (Missing Product)
Sir I have filed a complain that the product is missing from the box on 23 dec 2022 at 5AM.

I have received it on 22 dec 2022 at 6:10 PM. But due to technical issues from dilevery agent side, order is not marked deliver at that time. They said that after reaching office I will marked it delivered. When I open the box, the product was missing from the box. I only received order receipt page. I have called the customer service but they said that they can’t do anything until the “product marked delivered. I have called the delivery agent 2-3 times to marked it delivered. And the product marked delivered after 10PM. I am studying at that time so I have tried to fill the complaint at 11:40PM. But due to the Christmas ? festival sell starting, Jio Mart app doesn’t work. So I filled a complaint on 23 dec 2022 at 5:15 AM in the morning.
Due to high quality Video, size is greater then 150mb. So I am unable to upload the video when registering the complaint. I only upload the photos of what I receive. After talking from customer service on 7 January, they said “upload video on e-mail on ‘CS@JIOMART.COM’, so I have uploaded it on mail after reducing the file size around 100 mb. But due to greater size it was not delivered. Then I also try another day to send the video but I get the same return. Then I again call them, then he says reduce the video size less 5mb and then upload it. So I have upload it on 12 Jan.

My complaint was marked closed by say that “The product was delivered to in intact condition.” They closed the complain 3-4 times by say the same thing. I have send the video as proof and you can see in video that I only received order receipt page.
It is going to around 2months and 20 days since my first complaint. When I email them, then I got a call and they always say that the team is working on it. You will got the refund in 48 hrs. But till yet they haven’t provide me refund.
When I call customer care, he don’t receive my call.
I have proof that I have received the missing product. I have send the video and photos 5-6 times. But I don’t know how they say that i have received the product. They says “Product was delivered in intact condition”. Yes I received the product box in “intact condition”, but where is the product gone from the box. When I open it there was only receipt page. Except order receipt page, i haven’t found anything in the box.
Then why don’t they refund my amount? Why are they taking this much of time?
I want my amount to be refunded or to delever the new product again.
