Respected Sirs/Madam,
With reference to the above subject vide order no. 404-4361146-8309130 dated 18.02.2023, I had placed an order for Tecno Camon Mobile from Amazon India and the parcel was delivered on 22.02.2023 which was received by daughter Bimla aged 8 years as myself and my wife were out of station for medical consultation. That day around 11:30AM, I received call from courier boy of Amazon courier asking OTP for delivery of mobile. Being out of station, I request courier boy to deliver the parcel by next day in which the courier bay denied to deliver next day than I told courier boy to hand over the parcel to my daughter at my home. Next day when I opened the parcel and became shocked as the mobile unit along with all accessories except back cover were missing, parcel was cleverly resealed, brand seal of mobile was also opened and cloth soap was placed in place of mobile. Immediately I took photographs and communicated to courier as well as Amazon India customer care team. The customer care team of Amazon assured me to provide resolution by 28th February 2023. When I made call call on 26.02.2023 to Amazon customer care team to inquire about the status of my resolution, they clearly denied to provide mobile or refund stating that their courier partner had delivered the product to me. the resolution given by Amazon in injustice, wrong and fake and not acceptable to me. I asked them to provide footage and asked why courier boy had delivered the parcel without checking by customer and response the disconnected the call. Invoice along with photographs are attached herewith for your kind information and necessary action please.
