ordered 4 items in amazon fresh on 16th
Oct( Order #: 407-4668143-7073137) of which i received only 3 items so far. OPTIMUM NUTRITION WHEY PROTEIN of rs 2849 is missing.. I thought it would be delivered later and was waiting till Oct 21st but it wasn’t delivered. I had been trying to contact customer care but I wasn’t given appropriate answer and have been told they can’t help since complaint is raised after 48 hours. They don’t have otp system for amazon fresh delivery and delivery agent placed the items outside door without ringing bell which is unusual.. they should get hold of delivery agent for the loss .
