It was a prepaid order and receiving an empty packet has made me really disappointed by the way the delivery person is not being pleaded guilty as he handed an empty package.
He smartly placed the torn envelope with another parcel and ran away. To my surprise, the packet was torn from the middle, and an empty box was placed. The moment I looked up he had varoomed on his bike. He didn’t even stop. So, I immediately registered the complaint with Myntra. It has been a month and to date, I have not received my missing product and neither the amount paid. I have been daily posting messages to Myntra to look into the matter and calling up customer care with Myntra but to no avail.
After a long search, I was able to get the delivery guy’s name and number- Rajnish Kumar, 9813809156. I even requested Myntra to kindly interrogate him and the people in his team thoroughly but no one bothered to pay heed to my repeated requests.
They blatantly declined the request saying the logistics team had shipped the packet in a sealed envelope but the delivery boy has done this fraud and now is not willing to accept this as he claimed that if he accepts it is done by him, he shall have to pay the price from his pocket. To date I have neither got the product nor the refund.
